Hi everyone. It’s reveal day over at Paper Camellia and I’m here to share with
you the pocket page layouts I created using the March Everyday Life Kit.
These two spreads cover the second half of January and the first half of February.
For those that know me well are probably a bit surprised how I was able to pull off so much pink. It worked amazingly well with the rest of the mints and yellows in the kit.
Here are the pages individually.
I made a confetti pocket to try and show the different papers in the kit.
Here are some close-ups. I had fun mixing the enamel hearts and cork arrows.
The kit includes lots of colored labels. I use labels on every layout. 🙂
I wanted to show some samples of the paper in the Everyday Life kit, so I did a little stitching to display it.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. Head over here to see all the kits in full. There are lots of fun goodies. Happy Friday!
Here’s another sneak using Paper Camellia’s March Everyday Life Kit.
I’m so excited to share with you that I’m on the Paper Camellia Design Team. Starting in March, I will be designing pages for their new Everyday Life kits, using pocket pages to create lasting memories.
Go to papercamellia.com to get a sneak peek of the March Kit and all the add-ons. They are filled with all the latest goodies from CHA. March Kits go on sale on the 1st and for subscribers, a few days earlier on the 28th.
Here is a sneak using the March Everyday Life Kit.
I purchased this wall unit at Michaels Black Friday sale about 6 years ago. Because the items I use most change periodically, I reorganize the unit about once a year. The shelves are taken up by washi tape, wood veneers, die cuts, flair, mists, twine and buttons. I purchased the containers from Michaels, Cost Plus World Market and random discount stores.
The washi rolls are separated by color, except for the top far right jar. Those are my Christmas ones. I have more washi on my project desk but that will be for a later post.
And if I posted a wider angled picture, it would reveal how unorganized I really am.
This past November, a good friend encouraged me to try Thirty Days of Thankful via Instagram (IG). I was able to post 30 pictures and captions by the end of the month, just not daily. This is the last page of the four pages I created. I used Design F from Becky Higgins Project Life Photo pocket pages.
I had my family participate in this PL. They wrote one thing they are thankful for. I like that my boys are sincere. 🙂
and welcome. I hope you enjoy a glance into my life, documented in pictures and words. Thanks for dropping by.
